Term and Conditions Package To Lombok

1.

Our Rates are quoted in US Dollars (US$) or Rupiah (IDR) / only for overseas market, include local tax and service charge and   subject to change without prior notice. Our special rates are always maintain below the hotel published rate and never higher than hotel published rate.
Note : To avoid any inconveniences, some of the hotel in Lombok have the High & Peak season Surcharge therefore please pay attention for this matter.

Daily Breakfast for 2 person/room, if more than 2 person/room, there is an additional charge shall be applied accordingly.

3.

No Charge for the 1 kid under 12 years old and sharing with his/her parent.

4.

If an extra bed needed, will be additional charge from USD 6 - 15 nett / pax /day.

5.

No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.

1.

Full payment must be made a minimum 2 weeks prior to departure date of travel for any transport bookings.

2.

Passenger cancellation policy : No charge 2 weeks prior to departure.

3.

Between 2 weeks and 1 week 50% of the ticket amount will be charged.

4.

Between 1 week and 48 hours prior to departure 75% of the ticket amount will be charged.

5.

No show or cancellations 48 hours prior to departure the full ticket amount will be charged.

6.

Cancellations must be received in writing and any refund will be less administration charges and will include less any bank and administration transfer fees.

7.

Package2lombok will not be held responsible for transport delays or cancellations due to a 3rd party carrier's late departure, late arrival or cancellation due to weather, loss of baggage, technical or any other reason or difficulties encountered.

8.

This trip is not suitable for:
- Children under 02 years old
- Pregnant woman
- People with heart or back problems
- Other physical impediments.

1.

Package2lombok does not charge any down payment to the users unless specifically regulated by the hotel. The payment should be made 50 % by wire transfer and balance should be paid upon arrival in Lombok / Bali to our representative that will issue an official receipt and this deposit is not refundable.

2.

We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.

3.

We are not responsible for any bank charges or any tax when the customers make a payment to our account, We received full amount as per invoice. Customer will be paid if the value of payment less then per Invoice.

4.

We require 50% deposit in advance when confirm booking by Wire Transfer to our Bank Account below:
