Step 1 : Make a Booking or
Request One of Our Packages
Choose your preferred Packages from the provided
selection by Package2lombok . Please make a complete
the booking form at Contact Us and sending us by e-mail or SMS.
Step 2 : Reply your request
We will
be informed about the availability of your request
within 1 x 24 hours.
Step 3 : Confirmation
We will
send you a booking confirmation number of your
request with details, dates, rates, and any included
services. You may be required to pay a deposit or to
pay in full, depending on payment deadlines with the
accommodations or your packages.
Step 4 : Payment
For all
booking you may pay directly to our account by bank transfer or you may pay by credit
card by filling out our Authorization Payment Form
(your credit card number is to secure your booking).
Please keep in mind we will not charge your credit
card before you receive our services. If you fail to
complete the payment within 48 hours after you have
received the confirmation email, your booking will
automatically be cancelled without any other notice.
Step 5 : Voucher
If we
have received the payment information, we will send
you a "A Voucher" & "Invoice" issued by
Package2lombok Company, which you can later show to
the Reception Hotel, Our Guide or for your
accounting purpose.
Step 6 : Pick Up
We will
pick you up at Airport or other area with Private
car ( AC coach ).
