Lombok is still an
opportunity to explore a natural paradise, biking tour with
many optional routes and encounter a traditional, rural way
of life exposing a fascinating integration of Muslim
and Hindu cultures. Biking in Lombok is charm lies
in its centuries - old, tranquil mountain areas
peppered with rice padi fields, small traditional
villages and stunning views of Lombok's unspoilt
beaches - all surrounded by a culture absent the
marks of widespread international tourism.
Traffic is relatively light throughout the island so
travel by bicycle is quite possible and provides a
very different cultural experience to other means of
transport. You may wish to bring your own touring
bike, as most local bikes are of a very basic
quality. Bicycles of reasonable quality may be
purchased in Indonesia and may offer an alternative
to the costs and complexities of shipping your own
bike in from overseas.

Biking through the back roads of Lombok is most
fertile area, you will pas traditional farming and
irigation systems dating back to the times of the
Balinese colonialization of Lombok. Endless views of
terraced rice fields.
Bike to Pusuk Pass/Monkey Forest ( 3 hours )
Start your morning at Pusuk Pass, 800 meters above
sea level in the heart of Monkey forest. Take
spectacular panoramic photos of the mountains and
Gili Islands to the north and then head down the
road by bike to the Sea.
Bike to Gunung Pengsong ( 3 hours )
Biking around this historic mountain renowned for
its ancient Hindu temple set a top its peak. Park
your bike and climb the steps to visit the temple
and observe the spectacular views of Lombok Straits.
Bike to Sekotong/South Lombok ( 5 hours )
We will takes you to real adventure of Biking Tour
through landscape of rugged, arid lands contrasted
by fertile, rice growing areas. You will encounter
"tribal" communities who live in more traditional
homes and follow customs of days gone-by. A more
physically demanding ride for intermediate bikers.
